Pot Luck on Saturday

We are having our third Pot Luck supper of the year for the yoga studio teachers, members and friends. This is the first one that we will be holding at my house rather than at the studio. Its warm out, we have a large deck and a large back yard with lots of flowers and fruit tress /bushes. Besides it seemed like it would be a lot more comfortable and homey than at the studio.

I have invited my yoga teacher, Jody, to come. She teaches advanced Ashtanga yoga at her studio Ashtanga Halifax. I have been studying Ashtanga yoga with her since 1998.

All of the teachers at the studio, current and future will be at the Pot Luck as well.

I have heard from many of my students that they will be coming and bringing family and friends. I have also heard from many that they will be unable to make it due to birthdays, weddings and numerous other events. It seems as though this Pot Luck will be a lot more popular than the previous ones. I have certainly been talking about it a lot more.

I will try to remember to take a bunch of pictures and get them posted on the website for everyone to enjoy.
